Terms of Service for Trickshots

1. Introduction Welcome to Trickshots ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trickshots, available through the Meta Store. By accessing or using our game, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Trickshots.

2. Eligibility To use Trickshots, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).

  • Have a valid Meta account.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and Meta’s policies.

3. License to Use We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Trickshots for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the game.

  • Use the game for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the game.

6. Updates & Modifications We may update Trickshots, including patches, bug fixes, and new features. These updates may be required for continued use of the game.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Trickshots if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that disrupts the game or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties Trickshots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the game at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belly Rubs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trickshots.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Trickshots after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with these laws.
